ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
TACO engineers work closely with customers, at the outset of new product design, to ensure best total value, increased product performance, and uncompromising quality. TACO’s in-house team of designers and engineers utilize the latest AutoCAD and Solid Works software to provide ease and compatibility for electronic transfer of drawings to expedite the design process. TACO’s ability to provide simulated 3D STL (stereo lithography) modeling further enhances the pre-tooling stage and accelerates the process of turning concept into reality.

TACO Metals offers extensive added value fabrication. We provide in-house capabilities that include CNC machining, stamping, welding, bending and finising. As a single source supplier TACO Metals provides customers with complete ready to assemble parts made to their exact specifications to save time and money.

CUSTOM FINISHING
TACO’s finishing capabilities include mechanical polishing, straight and spiral sanding, clear and bright dip anodizing, electrostatic (ESP) wet painting, and powder coat painting. A wide array of custom finishes is available for most of TACO’s stock products to support a specific project’s custom needs, provided that minimum quantities and lead times are met.
