...Mark Henderson's Liquid Fire team is on fire, literally. Mark was thinking about the Tour this year, but didn't decide until Rob Ferris called him and asked if he would come to Key West and fish the new 23' Sea Craft. He agreed and placed tenth.
The Sea Craft factory representives then asked him to fish the boat in Jensen Beach and he agreed. They won. What a gigantic boost for the new 23 Sea Craft. Now comes the fourth leg in St. Simons where the Liquid Fire team picked up a 38.87 and a 29.85 for a second place aggregate of 68.72. Crockett was the Top Junior in the pro event as well as the Golden Isles Kingfish Classic.
"We ordered a new 31T Contender and it should be waiting for us when we get home," said an over appreciative Mark Henderson.
The team has a lot to think about now as they move to the final event. They are in the lead with a seven-fish 256.17-pound aggregate. Unfortunately, they have a 28.51-drop fish they can improve on. They will have to hustle but I wouldn't bet against them!... READ FULL ARTICLE>>> |
